By accessing or using Presswork.ai (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Presswork.ai is an AI-powered research and content operations platform designed for investigative journalists. The Service includes deep research tools, FOIA request generation, source CRM, document analysis, and multi-channel publishing.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your Settings page.
You retain all rights to content you create, upload, or generate through the Service. We do not claim ownership of your research briefs, documents, FOIA requests, or published content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts; (c) interfere with the operation of the Service; (d) resell access to the Service without authorization.
Research briefs, FOIA drafts, and other AI-generated content are tools to assist your journalism — not substitutes for professional judgment. You are solely responsible for verifying facts, legal compliance, and editorial standards before publishing.
Presswork.ai is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
