When you create a Presswork.ai account, we collect your name, email address, and payment information. We also collect usage data, including research queries, documents uploaded for analysis, and publishing activity.
We use your information to provide and improve Presswork.ai services, process payments, send transactional emails (welcome, billing, trial expiry), and maintain the security of your account and data.
Your data is stored on secure infrastructure provided by Supabase (PostgreSQL with RLS) and encrypted in transit via TLS. Documents uploaded for analysis are processed and stored securely. We do not share your documents or research data with third parties.
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (authentication & database), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), and Anthropic (AI analysis). Each processes only the minimum data required for their service.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@presswork.ai. You can also export your data from your Settings page.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
